This License & Usage agreement explains what you can and cannot do with digital products downloaded from astrodigitalstock.com, provided by FULL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS SRL (“Astro Digital Stock”, “we”, “us”). It applies to both individual purchases and membership downloads, and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. What you’re buying
When you download a product, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use it as described below. You do not buy the copyright or ownership — that stays with Astro Digital Stock or its licensors. Your licence for membership content remains valid for downloads made while your membership was active, even after it ends.
2. Standard Commercial Licence (default for most products)
You MAY:
- Use the assets in your own social media, website, and marketing.
- Edit, customise, and combine them with your own branding.
- Use them in client work and in paid products or services where the asset is part of a larger original work (for example, a branded post you design for a client).
- Use them commercially to grow your astrology business.
You MAY NOT:
- Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the original files as-is (for example, selling the same image pack or template file).
- Offer the assets on stock, template, or download marketplaces.
- Claim authorship of the original assets or register them as your own trademark.
- Use them for unlawful, hateful, or misleading content.
3. PLR and MRR products (special licences)
Some products carry a different licence, stated on the product page and repeated in the LICENSE.txt inside the download. Where the two ever disagree, the file inside the download is the one that governs.
Private Label Rights (PLR)
A PLR product is yours to make your own. You may edit and rewrite any part of it, replace our branding with yours, sell it as your own product at any price you set, give it away as a lead magnet, bundle it, translate it, and use it in client work or inside a paid membership of your own.
What you may not do is pass resell or private label rights on to your buyers. Your customer buys a finished product, not the right to resell it.
Master Resell Rights (MRR)
An MRR product grants everything PLR grants, and in addition lets you sell the product on with resell rights attached — you may pass Private Label Rights to your own buyers. MRR products ship with a ready-written customer licence for you to hand on, so what your buyer may do is written down rather than assumed.
Rights stop there. You may not grant your buyers the power to keep granting rights onward without limit.
Applies to every tier
Under no licence may you upload our files to stock, template or print-on-demand marketplaces, claim authorship of the original artwork or writing as first published, or register any part of it as a trademark.

Every product page states its tier at the top. If a product says nothing, it is Standard.
4. Membership downloads
Membership gives one person access to download and use the library under the Standard Commercial Licence (or the product’s specific licence). Accounts and downloads are for your use only and must not be shared.
5. Attribution
Attribution is appreciated but not required for the Standard Commercial Licence, unless a specific product page states otherwise.
6. Third-party elements
Fonts, mockups, or stock elements used to present a product may be licensed separately and may not be included in your download. Where a product depends on a third-party font or tool, this is noted on the product page.
7. Breach
Using assets outside this licence is a breach of copyright and of our Terms, and may result in termination of your licence and account without refund, plus any remedies available to us by law.
