These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of astrodigitalstock.com (the “Site”) and any products or memberships you purchase from FULL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS SRL (“Astro Digital Stock”, “we”, “us”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What we sell
Astro Digital Stock provides digital products — astrology-themed images, templates, videos, printables, lessons, and related resources — available for individual purchase or through a membership that unlocks the full library.
3. Accounts
To purchase products or access a membership you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country.
4. Memberships & billing
- Membership is offered on an annual recurring basis at the price shown on our pricing page when you subscribe, billed automatically through Stripe until cancelled. We do not currently offer a monthly plan. The price you join at is the price you keep for as long as your membership stays active without interruption; if our standard price rises, existing members are not moved onto it. Should your membership lapse, rejoining is at the price current on that day.
- Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price.
- You can cancel at any time from your account area. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your paid period.
- Individual products and bundles bought à la carte are one-time purchases with no recurring charge, at the price shown on each product page.
5. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in euros (€) and, where applicable, include VAT. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made or the current term of an active membership. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
6. Delivery & access
Digital products are delivered instantly via download and/or account access once payment is confirmed. Membership content becomes available immediately upon successful subscription.
7. Licence to use products
Your right to use the products you download is governed by our License / Usage terms, which form part of these Terms.
8. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, specific rules apply. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, or share your account or membership access; (b) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (c) attempt to breach the Site’s security; or (d) use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content. Breach may result in suspension or termination without refund.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the products, branding, text, and design — is owned by or licensed to Astro Digital Stock and protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use it under our License terms; it does not transfer ownership.
11. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove products and features, and update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astro Digital Stock is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights.
